Security & privacy, described honestly

You’re trusting us with your phone line and your customers’ information. Here is our actual stance — no vague badges, no promises we don’t keep.

  • Tenant isolation

Each business’s data is isolated per tenant. Calls, transcripts, knowledge, and settings belong to your account and aren’t comingled with other customers’.

  • Role-based access

Team members get only the access their role needs. Administrative and destructive capabilities are scoped and separated from everyday use.

  • AI disclosure & recording consent

You control how callers are told they’re speaking with an AI assistant and how recording consent is captured, so you can meet the rules where you operate.

  • No secrets in the browser

API keys and provider credentials stay on the server. The web app never ships secrets to the client — sensitive operations run behind authenticated server endpoints.

  • You own your data

Your data is yours. The platform processes it only to provide the service to you — not to sell, and not for unrelated purposes.

  • Configurable retention

Retention of recordings and transcripts is configurable to fit your policies. We do not claim “zero retention” — instead you decide how long data is kept.

  • Confirm before destructive actions

Deleting or overwriting data — and cancellations the assistant performs — require explicit confirmation, so nothing irreversible happens by accident.

  • Audit log

Significant actions are recorded in an audit log so you can see who changed what and when, and review what the assistant did on your behalf.

Where we stand on your data

  • You own your customer data; we are a processor acting on your instructions
  • We use your data only to provide and operate the service for you
  • Retention is configurable — we don’t claim “zero retention”
  • Secrets and credentials never reach the browser
  • Destructive actions require explicit confirmation
  • An audit log records significant actions for review

This page describes our practices in plain language and isn’t a contract. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for the governing details.
